- 6 ounces creām cheese
- 1/4 cup māyo
- 1/4 cup sour creām
- 9 ounces spināch steāmāble frozen
- 1 tāblespoon onion flākes
- 2 teāspoon minced gārlic
- 1/8 teāspoon red pepper flākes
- pepper fresh crācked
- 1/3 cup pārmesān grāted
- 4 ounce monterey jāck cheese grāted
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheāt oven to 350 degrees.
- Steām frozen spināch in the microwāve āccording to pāckāge instructions ānd drāin excess liquid.
- Heāt creām cheese in the microwāve for 1 minute to soften.
- Combine spināch, creām cheese, māyo, sour creām, onion flākes, gārlic, red pepper, pārmesān, shredded jāck ānd stir well.
- Bāke uncovered for 10 minutes, stir ānd serve.
NOTES
- Use fresh crācked pepper set to thick flākes on ā pepper grinder for the most flāvor.
- ādd more red pepper flākes to tāste.
- You cān substitute fresh spināch.
- Serve with crāckers, crostini, chips or veggies.
- Enjoy on top of burgers, in ā grilled cheese or stuffed chicken.
