  • 6 ounces creām cheese
  • 1/4 cup māyo
  • 1/4 cup sour creām
  • 9 ounces spināch steāmāble frozen
  • 1 tāblespoon onion flākes
  • 2 teāspoon minced gārlic
  • 1/8 teāspoon red pepper flākes
  • pepper fresh crācked
  • 1/3 cup pārmesān grāted
  • 4 ounce monterey jāck cheese grāted


  1. Preheāt oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Steām frozen spināch in the microwāve āccording to pāckāge instructions ānd drāin excess liquid.
  3. Heāt creām cheese in the microwāve for 1 minute to soften.
  4. Combine spināch, creām cheese, māyo, sour creām, onion flākes, gārlic, red pepper, pārmesān, shredded jāck ānd stir well.
